39-099 Andersen Awning Operator

The screws are 4.5 inches apart. The arm is 9". It has C-9400-1 stamped on it. The current one is stripped and doesnt close.

Hi, I bought 2 pieces of 39-99. I need the right and left to install. But one seems can't be left side. Do you have this operator by other side? Also I bought 39-331, but it is too long and too big. Or do you have any similar operator? I need the left arm. Thank you

the date on the window is 3/3/98 1GccRCHA1Gmac are the letters/numbers we see on the crank, some of the G might be 6 1521101 stamped on the arm

The First Two picks are the Anderson Casement, Manufactured in 6/2000. Has #1361460 on it. I need both left and right.
