Window glass is stamped with Anderson. No markings on operator parts Arm seems to be 8 3/8 or so Looks different from typical Anderson straight arm operator replacements from what I can tell. The part number says c-9400-1 arm length is just over 8 inches. The window type is Anderson. Any direction you may have would be great. The number on the arm is 1521101 Brass plate underneath reads f-9400-8 with the letter B underneath

I need a replacement part for a window installed in 1997. Not sure of the make of the window but the number on the window operator is C-9400-A. The gears are all stripped. Any info you can give would be greatly appreciated. Thanks from Ron!

What is the best way to remove rust from hinge arms. Can I use rust remover then silicone lubricant?

ThankyouEverything is good except gears are shot. The handle is a little beat up and the set screw is missing. You can see the Andersen name. The tape measure in the photo reads funny? My window is about 36" X 15" awning window. The gear slips about 1/2 way out and binds up coming back in. The house was built in 1996. It's a single arm operation. The number on the arm is 1521101. The only number I could find. Need the crank assembly. Thank you. Joel
