I am looking for an operator and upper/lower hinges for this window. The operator arm is 9 1/2" from roller to bend before crank. The part that the handle goes into is broken and we would need to replace. We think this could be 11 series awning as the 12" across is close to our measurements as well as the opening of 6". This window is approximately 27 years old
