I have these 3/8" x 1 7/8" pivot shoes with number marking 200-794. Your 15-045 shoe is listed as 1" wide, however my measurement of the old show is 15/16" Do you have a shoe that is 15/16" wide. Hi have some Kinco windows that I need parts for. I'd like to replace the balance tubes and the pivot shoes. Window sash weighs 20 pounds. The length of the tube portion of the balance is 28.5 inches. The diameter of the balance tube is 3/8". There is no color on the end of the tube. ... (cont.)

We purchased Pivot Shoe 15-045. This pivot shoe was absolutely perfect for our windows... right height, width and thickness. But there is no way that our windows will fit in the pivot shoe. Is there an upgrade for the pivot shoe in the photo. I noticed that most pivot shoes are reinforced with a steel plate where the spiral balance comes through. The window brand is Better Built. The pivot is a two part bracket and the bottom where the window inserts is broken. It is nylon. The dimensions are: 1"WX1 1/2" L X3/8" thick. I have attached a photo of a similar bracket. The only difference is the color of the pivot insert.

House was built in 1981. I can't read anything on the labels. Windows will not stay up and have to put a stick in to hold them up. Would like to see there are parts to fix these
