I require four (4) pieces of spiral balancer for two windows: Tube length: 28? Tube diameter: 1/4 to 9/32 varies due to expansion and age of tube

I just bought a house with these Better Bilt Brand Tilt Windows that are about 20 years old! The windows are hard to open...Some of the spiral balances are off the pivot shoes and all of latches are old and at the brim of being broken. I have these 3/8" x 1 7/8" pivot shoes with number marking 200-794. Your 15-045 shoe is listed as 1" wide, however my measurement of the old show is 15/16" Do you have a shoe that is 15/16" wide. Hi I am in need of new pivot pins and shoes, but i can not find any identifying marks on the window. i can't find what brand the window is any help where to look would be helpful. Can i still buy pivots with just measurements? the so much

Is there an upgrade for the pivot shoe in the photo. I noticed that most pivot shoes are reinforced with a steel plate where the spiral balance comes through. The window brand is Better Built. The pivot is a two part bracket and the bottom where the window inserts is broken. It is nylon. The dimensions are: 1"WX1 1/2" L X3/8" thick. I have attached a photo of a similar bracket. The only difference is the color of the pivot insert.
