I have a white spiral balance with 34 inches of length and 1/2 in dia. The window is fairly large tilt window and quite heavy. What color rating should I use.

Hi I have owned a double wide for 22 years that have carefree windows need a few balances. How do I go about ordering right ones. What do I need to measure? Also have a few broken shoes. So that also what do I measure?

This part is screwed onto the lower corners of the sash and fits into the pivot shoe which is attached to the swirl balance.

I Need to order 12 of the 26 series 900 Spiral Balances yellow tip. I have a faulty window that has a broken parts that help to hold up the window when pushed up. The part on the right (the rectangular one) has the number 200-794, while I couldn't find any markings on the left. Unfortunately at the time I can't get pictures of these pieces when installed. I need an open slot 3/8 shoe in oblong shape. I ordered what I thought were the correct items but they will not work. What would be the correct shoe for my window (probably a Quaker window).

We believe the window is a Care Free Window. Our house is a Dutch Housing, Inc. manufactured home built is 1991. It is a 53 x 46 inch window, the tilt part weighs 21.2 lbs., 25 3/4" long and 3/8 diameter.

These are the parts that the the spiral devices that keep windows up are hooked into, and where the bottom sash tilts. No window name or part number found. I am looking for replacement parts

Hello, my spiral balances measure .385 in diameter and have red tips. The ones I've measured so far are 26" and 24" in length.
