15-045 Pivot Shoe, 3/8" Thick

The Pivot Shoe is about 1 inch x 2 inch x 3/8 inch as W x L x H. The Spiral Balance is 38 and 3/8 inches long and its diameter is 3/8 inches.

I have two windows that need the spiral balancers and pivot shoes replaced. On one the balancers are 17" in length and have a white tip. On the other the balancers are 29" in length and have a black tip (bigger window). On both sets the tube is white plastic and is actually a hair larger than 3/ ... (cont.)

The spiral tilt window balance is a 17 inch length and 3/8 diameter. I found them on your website as S900-17. So far so good. When I took a look at the pivot shoe, it looks as shown in the picture but very different from the recommended 15-045. The one in the window is 2.5 inches in length. Ple ... (cont.)

I'm looking for balancers for my Better Bilt tilt windows. The house was built in 1996. I believe the tube is 3/8". I have 4 windows that either do not stay open or open. If you need more info I will try to get it. Thanks so much Fran

Need help identifying and finding parts. Also if found, how to remove and install new parts. If parts can't be found, is there an after market fix that I can try.

This was removed from a customer's window to identify the parts needed to hold window up. Can you tell from these pics which one it could be? The sizes are 1"×13/4" with a thickness of 3/8". Any help would be appreciated. We will need to order balancers too after identifying this part. ... (cont.)

Do you carry this attached lower window balance cam? Have attached bar and loaded female end. I need the pot metal bar only.

These are for CareFree brand windows. The tip is red, the length is 29 inches, and the diameter is 3/8 inch. It has "ET A" on the side of the tube.

Hi I bought 8 of the 15-045 but the cam opening for the pivot bar was too small. The installed pivot shoe is approximately 31/32 in wide. 3/8 thick and slightly less than 2 in long (about 1 15/16). Thanks for writing in. I believe you're showing us glazing bead. If so, start by looking at our 55-180. Go over the dimensions of the bead's end profile and let us know if you think it's a match. For your pivot shoe, see our 15-045. Let us know what you think.

I am guessing this is a shoe for a window spring on a Carefree Window. Length of spring tube: 27 inches Diameter of spring tube: 3/8 inch Tip color of spring is orange with 2 cross prongs.

The balance is round in form and measures total length of 30 1/2 inches and about 7/16 inch wide. The part that goes in the channel is 1 inch wide and 2 inches in length. I'll be happy to send more pics. Looking for two new springs (window balance) and plastic hardware keeper for left and right side. I measured and got 33 3/4 " spring. These are for a tilt window. Thank you

The shoe measures 1 1/4 wide 2" tall and 3/8 thick. The pivot bar that goes with it is one screw 2" long 5/16 wide by 3/16 I found the bar but can't seem to find the shoe on your site. Please help Michael.

Need parts: It is a tilt single hung window. I could not find any technical information in the window. Thanks.

Green tip. 3/8" diameter. Pivot shoe appears to be 15-045. All 3 measurements are exact.
