Pivot lock worn. Balance comes loose when closing window. Pivot measures 3/8 thick, 1 1/16 wide. Just rcvd new balances. Will have to cut sash, no notch. Need 4 pivots

I ordered item # 15-045 Pivot Shoe, 3/8" thick and it was the wrong size. Would item # 15-212 or 15-134 be the right size? The roating bushing opening is 5/8" wide / 3/8" tall.

Hello....I ordered the pivot shoe shown on the left from you; however, the opening is too small for the window sash to fit into. The one on the right is the original pivot shoe. I need to replace 2 spiral window balances from windows that are 30 years old and also need the pivot shoes. Balances are 3/8" and 1 window balance 25" long and the other 29". Pictures included. Can you tell me the parts I need? Jim

Just replace the spiral balance, but the window still doesn't open properly. Realized the pivot shoe is damaged. Do you carry this replacement part or a substitute? Thanks Tom Skroly
