15-045 Pivot Shoe, 3/8" Thick

I have a 28.5" tube and 20lb window. Pivot shoe in below pic is 0.965" x 0.370" x 1.92" Also, I can't find a sash stop (4") similar to what was with the window. What do you recommend to cover the cutout for the removal of the pivot shoe?

Attached are the pictures for a spiral balance. The balance is overall about 29 1/8 and from he bottom of the balance to the black rubber piece its 28 1/2 and diameter is 3/8. The white piece is 17/8 inches in length and 1 inch wide. Hopefully you can help. Thanks

Looking to replace my window balance tubes and pivot shoes. I have 30" long tubes x 3/8" with white tips. I see you do not have white tips. What is the difference and what would i need to order for shoes to replace 24 rails in my home. I assume that i would need to order the 15-045 based on thicknes ... (cont.)

I bought the 15-045 shoes but they won't fit into my jamb channel. Do you have anything thinner?

I am looking for a pair of spiral balances and pivot stops for a window. The spiral balance barrel is 31" long and 3/8" in diameter. It has an orange top. The pivot stop is white plastic, 1 7/8" long, 3/8" thick, and about 1" wide.

The spiral balance needed is a 3/8? diameter x 29? long. I need the bottom clip that goes in the channel as well that the bottom of the window locks into and pivots for removal. The bottom clip is 1 3/4? long c 1? wide see pics. 251-599-9170 Rick Lewis

This part is broke it attaches to window an the rod an allows window to stay up.

I ordered pivot bar 2 1'4" 26-297, but I forgot to order screws for it. So I looked at your website for the screw that goes with it. I saw the Phillips pan 8-32 x 3'8" self-tapping ss machine screw 33-096. It looks like it has a chunk cut out of the end of it. Is it supposed to look like that? Is it ... (cont.)

I have about 16 windows overall, but my priority is to get 6 fixed in the front - they get lots of west sun, don't work at all. I am reasonably handy and just removed one sash to take photos. Pivot Bar is 2" long, 1/4" x 3/16". Screw hole is 1 1/2" from end. Fits inside pivot shoe part #15-045.

I was able to find on your website the two Spiral Balances I need (S400-31), the two metal brackets #62 (17-062) and the Spiral Balance Charging Tool for Non-tilt Windows (75-005). These pivot bars slide into into the bottom (tilting) window and are spring loaded in a track. I found your corner tilt latches, part # 26-351, fit perfectly! But cannot seem to find a pivot bar. Your part # 26-375 for a Better-Built pivot bar did not seem the same. Mine have a square bar insert on ... (cont.)

The home was built in 1998 or 99. Original windows and parts. Some windows are not able to stay open any longer without wooden props supporting them.
