I need to replace the pivot shoes for my 900 series spiral balance rods. I recently bought the 15-045 pivot shoe, I only see one part is this useable for both left and right sides of the window jamb. Or do I need a left part that I don't see in the catalog.

I'm not sure which one would be best. 15-212, 15-045 or15-134. What would you recommend?

Can you help me with these parts. Two balance springs, two shoes, two pivot bars and two top latches. The house was built in 1979.

You can see this is a busted tilt window shoe. My window has a spiral balance. I measured this 3/8" x 15/16". You can see that in this original shoe the metal teeth sit below plastic teeth. I don't see any identical models in your store. What will work?

I have a Jeld-Wen window that we purchased around 2006. The window will open but won't stay up. The springs are there but the metal part that is attached to the bottom right and left of the window is broken. It goes into the hole at th3 end of the spring assembly. Not sure what they are called, but the two things that keep the window from dropping are broken and the window will drop. The attached photo shows the length and what the item looks like. Are these available?
