Hi, I’m looking to refresh my windows as half of them are falling out. Are you able to help me out get new balancers and window hardware required ? I just want to replace the full thing and maybe even change the “shoes” if there is any new system. The windows just move up and do ... (cont.)

2 inches long 1 1/4 inches wide less than 5/8 thick

Can anyone help me identify parts that are needed? I don't see a manufacturer on this window.

We have to replace this white part

This is a corner mounted tilt latch that we removed from a metal frame window.

The t-lock balance show, close cam is busted on all 4 channel balance rods. I would like to replace all 4 block and tackle balance rods. THE bottow window rods ar 16" and the top window rods are 14".

Need to replace shoe on other side . Haven't taken the other one out yet but the top broke. Cam is still in good shape but not sure which shoe to order

I purchased two Swisco 36" 5/8" red tip balances and trying to install into old balance shoe. I do not find a part similar to what I have. I'm not sure they even need to be replaced but I'm having a difficult time keeping the end of the balance in the slot on the shoe. Each side also has a rubber t ... (cont.)

Good morning. I need to replace these items on our windows. Home built in 1999. The length of this is 32" which I measured per your website's instructions. Hello, the window does not have any identifying markings anywhere on it. The plastic piece in the photo is broken, I took a picture of the other side to show you one that is not broken. Would you be able to help me identify this piece?

Hi, can this plastic piece be replaced without replacing balance.? Both sides are broken.
