Good morning. I need to replace these items on our windows. Home built in 1999. The length of this is 32" which I measured per your website's instructions. The tip of the support is white (best I can tell) and the diameter (plastic sheath) is shown above. I believe it is 3/8"I believe I would ne ... (cont.)

It is 2" high, 1/2" thick and 1 1/4" across

Hello, the window does not have any identifying markings anywhere on it. The plastic piece in the photo is broken, I took a picture of the other side to show you one that is not broken. Would you be able to help me identify this piece?

Hi. Please direct ne to the correct replacement part. The balance shoe on one side is definitely broken and I am happy to replace both. I think the spiral balance rods are actually still ok (at least on this window). I do have others to fix as well. I just watched a video on another site which ... (cont.)
