I need both pivot pins that would fit in this sleeve. Right side and left side. Pins are missing entirely so I don't have pictures of them, just the sleeve

Hi. Please direct ne to the correct replacement part. The balance shoe on one side is definitely broken and I am happy to replace both. I think the spiral balance rods are actually still ok (at least on this window). I do have others to fix as well. I just watched a video on another site which ... (cont.)

I have multiple windows in need of new balance blocks. Some are ripped completely out and some are jammed. The numbers I see are "26-5 ga5 CMC <some random number>"

Manufacturer unknown. Glass says 2014. The one photo in the window is the working one. The removed one is broken.

Hi - We would love some help identifying the parts needed to repair this window. The glass was replaced a couple of months ago. Just recently the top window slides down. Can you let us know which part we would need to buy to fix it?

I believe this block and tackle window balance uses a 1/2 inch pivot shoe. Please recommend the correct parts. Maybe I can switch to a spiral balance? Also, I will need a sash stop to fill the cut I will need to fill the cut out in the window track that will be necessary to remove the old pivot sho ... (cont.)
