15-046 Pivot Shoe, 1/2" Thick

Trying to identify this pivot shoe. It is 2-1/8" tall by approximately 1" wide. Thanks.

I do not see any slots to remove/add pivot shoes, Instead of trying to spread the window frame I am thinking about triming the frame to get the pivot shoes replaced. I have done detail work l ... Single hung Vinyl window with a broken Pivot bar and pivot shoe, as seen in DNCN0556. The window is original window installed in a new house by CP Morgan Home Builders (now defunct). Shoe is 2"x1-1/4x1/2. Channel (bar)is 2-1/2" with one hole in approx the center.

Looking to identify this shoe for replacement. It is 1/2" thick. 1-1/4" width, looks like 2" in length. I think its 15-046. Your recommendation?

This came out of an 30 year old vinyl window that did not have a manufacturer's label. It has a red tip. It is 30" in length and appears to have a 5/8" diameter. My sash is 18 lbs. The space between the end metal tips is 1/2 inch. Is this a S 600 30" spiral balance. I will be attaching it to the 15 ... (cont.)

We have a broken pivot shoe which the window-expert in Home Depot advised we can only get online. We want to make sure we get the right part and can't seem to identify a match online. The part shown in photo pivotshoe2 broke. The empty portion in privotshoe1 held the broken part. The label on the window is "52-1006-WHT", 13051014, 250411
