I'm assuming I have a 29 inch metal part 5/8 inch thick which would make it a 600 series then I'm also assuming I have a 9/16 inch shoe pivot and then a 3 inch metal pivot bar I think I also need a tool to do the spiral balance charging And I'm not sure if you sell sash stops because I don't have an ... Good morning The plastic part in second picture broke. This plastic part is attached to the metal part that holds the window up preventing it from slamming down. Thank for your help and waiting for you reply.

The right side of the window has the pivot shoe with the tilting part inside the pivot shoe(img_3130). The left side has a stack on the pivot shoe(Img3135, img3136 from both sides) that goes into the part inside the vinyl window track(Img_3132, which is broken) - shown in image_3131 how it stack. ... Need to replace this pivot shoe. Spiral balance is colored red. Am not finding a cutout to remove pivot shoe. Is that common? Do I make a cutout near the top of the channel? Thank you, Bernie

I am puzzled how to get the one white plastic piece out of frame that pivot pin fits into. If I broke it out, how would I get new thing in that slides up and down channel. We need to get some parts for windows we have at 2350 Geary in San Francisco. From what I have gathered so far (see pictures), we need the Caldwell Ultra lift AF 28-38 balances measuring 28 1/2" in length. The rest of the parts I need some help with identifying. I believe these are silver line series 1 windows. I need 4 pivot bars and 4 shoes as I have two windows that failed. These are near the ocean so stainless if available would be great!

Here are some pictures of a lift where the string inside has broken. The metal measurement is 28". The stamp on it shows 27. I don't know what the brand is. Can you help me figure out what part I need ? Thanks. Glenn

Can you help me identify the correct pivot shoe replacement for 2900 series Silverline windows. Current shoe dimensions: 1-1/4" wide 1/2" thick 1-7/8" total height. I need to replace this balance the shoe cam was so deteriorated that I cannot submit a photo if you have a shoe cam that you can recommend with this balance please do so as well.

It appears that have the same Silverline 2900 series windows and I'm also looking for this replacement part. Hello My top window Wil not stay closed. I'm not sure what series I have.i will also need the tool to charge and install the new balance. Upper window measurement is 23"x5/8 and lower is 25"x5/8.
