We need two of the balance shoes shown in the picture. The size is 1-1/4"Wide x 2" tall x 1/2" thick for a 19-7/8 sprial tube assembly

Can you help me identify the correct pivot shoe replacement for 2900 series Silverline windows. Current shoe dimensions: 1-1/4" wide 1/2" thick 1-7/8" total height. Mfg Rep identified this shoe as a 10-2911 but not sure they are correct. Also, can you advise how to replace this shoe? Tks. ... (cont.)

I need to replace this balance the shoe cam was so deteriorated that I cannot submit a photo if you have a shoe cam that you can recommend with this balance please do so as well.

It appears that have the same Silverline 2900 series windows and I'm also looking for this replacement part. I got Pivot Shoe, 1/2" Thick Product Code: 15-046, and used the cut out method to replace. The problem is I am having a hard time putting the windows back in. When I turn the pivot shoe insert 90 degrees on both sides to insert the window, the pivot shoe locking mechanism won't let them slide to a ... (cont.)
