I need two spiral window shoes, two pivots to find the shoes and the screw for the pvots

Spiral balance is 31" long Green tip and has the attached picture block and round pin ends I need 2

I got Pivot Shoe, 1/2" Thick Product Code: 15-046, and used the cut out method to replace. The problem is I am having a hard time putting the windows back in. When I turn the pivot shoe insert 90 degrees on both sides to insert the window, the pivot shoe locking mechanism won't let them slide to a ... (cont.)

I have replaced the spiral balances, but the shoes are old and cracked - no longer usable. The pictures show the shoe and the type of balance that uses it. The shoe measures 2 1/16" tall, 1" wide and 5/16" deep, although my measurements could be off by 1/16", especially on the width which just mig ... (cont.)
