I have replaced the spiral balances, but the shoes are old and cracked - no longer usable. The pictures show the shoe and the type of balance that uses it. The shoe measures 2 1/16" tall, 1" wide and 5/16" deep, although my measurements could be off by 1/16", especially on the width which just mig ... (cont.)

I believe this is the part that hold the window up or down when moved. The string snapped so we need a new one. The ID number is included in one of the pictures (IMG_1019). Thank you!

Could you please direct me on your website where I could purchase these items. Also the tool necessary to fix the pivots.

Would like to repair windows in my daughter's condo. The worst problem is that the pivot bars snapped where they screw to the sash.
