See attached photos. The plastic bottom dried out and cracked. Looked like a wheel was on a pin on the sash that went into the bottom. Can you identify the counter balance. Also the tilt lock got damaged. Thanks!

Hello, I need 2 window springs as shown in pictures. The cylinder is plastic and measures 17". Also the window is double hung 21" wide x 34 1/2" length. The spring cap is a tapered blue. This window came with the house and needs a specific pivot shoe and pivot arm and also a channel locking mechanism of the right size. The pivot shoe in there now is 1/2" thick.
