Hello, I am working on replacing some of my pivot shoes and am trying to understand if different shoes have different "weights" - in other words, are they are able to apply differing amount of locking force, or is that completely dependent on the width?

Hello, I need 2 window springs as shown in pictures. The cylinder is plastic and measures 17". Also the window is double hung 21" wide x 34 1/2" length. The spring cap is a tapered blue.
