Hello, I have 2 Truth awning windows in need of replacement operators. I have attached the pictures. The length of the metal pieces to the windows are approximately 12". Could you lease let me know what parts would be required and the costs. Thank you. - Francois

Need the mechanism for each side and the scissor unit. I could not find a manufacturer or part number. The winsow was purchased from Home depot.

I have a window crank that appears to not work. Upon opening or closing the inner mechanism loosens and dislodges. Then I have to manually push the window closed from outside after removing the inner crank mechanism. Each elbow is about 6" in length and the center piece is about 4" so total amoun ... (cont.)

"Truth" is the only marking. Sash bracket is 3" long. Operator attach point is 4" long. I believe it is 12".

The part we took a picture of seems stripped / where can we get this part to fix this window crank?Thank you,Mary

Hi. We have multiple window cranks that are stripped and need replacing. The cranks operate awning windows. Can you help me find the crank that is in the picture?

Please let me know if you sell replacement parts and cost. The handle box on inside of window is around 5" widen the hinge on outside is around 13" wide and pushes out to around 10 " Thank you

numbers on arms 40510 and 40511 and 30895 Crank operator is stripped, gear and brass keeper will not stay in operator.

Arms are 9 inches shaft connecting to window is 4 inches. No markings on unit. Thanks
