The crank that is currently used to open the window seems to be stripped and useless. I am looking for a replacement.

please advise what parts i need to replace the crank operator assembly in photos and rear plate / gasket ? to screw to operator. the screws are stripped and assembly has pulled away from window. the assembly attaches from the rear (outer side of window frame) with 2 screws; however there is in "IMP_ ... the hand crank cracked. I have some measurements. the small arm is 5" and the angled arm is also 5", the arm under the window is 7.5", and the slide plate on the bottom is 10"
