I ordered the 39-187, but it doesn't fit my window. My window won't close with it installed; there's not enough room for the bent arm to fit into the window, so it won't close.

Hopefully you can tell the part # from the photos.

I believe the name on the window is NFRC, a casement window. The window operator needs to be replaced as the gears are stripped. I am unable to find an operator with a 4 inch arm (the one that attaches to the window) I can find them all day with a 5 inch arm but not the 4 inch. Any suggestions? ... (cont.)

the hand crank cracked. I have some measurements. the small arm is 5" and the angled arm is also 5", the arm under the window is 7.5", and the slide plate on the bottom is 10"
