Can you tell me what part number this case operator is?

I need the black part that has the two screws in it and that attaches to the swing arm. Or I need the entire assembly. Do you sell the parts or can you point me to whoever does. Winter approaches and the window is held in by the lock. Not sure safe I'm guessing.

I recently purchased the 39-187 to replace my old window crank. I think I should have ordered the 39-089, but there still seems to be a slight difference. The secondary crank arm on mine seems to be shorter than the 39-089. My secondary arm is 3 1/2". Do I need to change to a different stud bracket ... (cont.)

Hi Dave, I placed an order back on July 19th. Included in this order were two Sash Dyad Crank, 5" 39-187 and 39-188. I finally was able to get my contractor here to install the new window hardware. I need the part marked with the number. We ordered the piece already but it's missing the attached small piece with the numbers.

I ordered the 39-187, but it doesn't fit my window. My window won't close with it installed; there's not enough room for the bent arm to fit into the window, so it won't close.

I believe the name on the window is NFRC, a casement window. The window operator needs to be replaced as the gears are stripped. I am unable to find an operator with a 4 inch arm (the one that attaches to the window) I can find them all day with a 5 inch arm but not the 4 inch. Any suggestions? ... (cont.)
