We have four windows, but two have missing or broken crank operators and handles. The pictures are of the intact ones. Can you tell me what the comparable items are on your site to the items in the pictures?. Trying not to spend $2000 on new windows!!! Thanks

Dont know what type this is. Pictures are for left side. Lock is marked with Truth identifier. Want to replace the operator mechanisms on both sides. Thanks Tim

Handle is not always turning and we have to push the window shut so we can lock it. I would appreciate it if you could identify the correct replacement part. Thank you!

your 39-187/188 match my old cranks exactly accept that the bottom arm is 5 inches on yours and my originals are 4.5 inches from the pivot point to the end where it clips to the windows.will these still work? is that extra .5 of an inch going to keep the window from closing?I do not see any offering ... I ordered part # 39187 & 39188 because according to your site those where the replacement. The arm that is attached to the gear is different and does not allow the window to close. Is there a different part that I needed or do I need to position the arm in a different spot on the window? Any help wo ... (cont.)

I bought a 187 and 188 operator from here but the arm that attaches to the window is half an inch too long(5 inches total) do you guys have another one that iss exactly 4.5? If not how can i make the one i bought work for me?

Looking for the correct window crank assemblies. Not sure if I need the parts shown in the photos marked #4 and #5. Hello.. Please verify if this window crank is a 39-188? the Arm measures 5" and the mounting spread is 5" but looks like the inner part is more like 3" ?

Mounting hole distance is 5 inches exact but the arm measures 4 1/2 inches

Can someone help me with an identification for the Truth Hardware operator pictured and with how to find a replacement?

The arm with wire (just added today so we can open and close the window at night) is broken. It seems that the bolt that connected to the window rusted and broke. It's strange but I can not get the bolt out of the arm to try and replace with a new one, even though it broke off. Is there a replaceme ... (cont.)

I purchased four cranks order number 139-1343 but I believe the Z angle is too long the window won't close correctly thank you. I think the Z angle is too long

Stuck at determining which cranks I will need.I can't tell if it's the 39-188/187 or the 39-090-089 combo based on the orientation.
