Hi, I have a harvey window & need a replacement for the window crank casement. The closest I could find was 39-187 & 39-188 but based on the measurements there seems to be a mismatch in the length (5" vs. < 4.5" on the present one that I have - please see picture - on the tape 20"-24.5") Co ... I ordered a part (#38-089) by your measurements on the website. 5" between screws and the one arm 5". But when received It does not look like my old one. I've identified the replacement parts I need, 39-187 & 39-188. The 39-188 has the option to choose a color while the 39-187 does not. Does this mean 39-187 only comes in white? Thank You, Raymond Sugel Sr

According to the measurements on your websites 39-089 was the replacement part I needed. When it arrived it was obvious that it was not. They are 5" but the arm length is different. The 39-187 looks like the operator I need. however, I have a 4.5 inch arm. will this work?
