My crank and operators are mounted on the side not the bottom
My holes are 5 inches apart. Thus, it seems that one of your standard products will work. Do you agree? Please see the pictures Thanks: Gene

Help identify window crank
I believe it's a DYAD , 39-089/39-090 OR 39-187/39-188 I am not sure the difference when it says SASH DYAD or when it says Window DYAD. Also the length of the rod is 4.5" as opposed to 5", not sure if that matters. Hope you can help, can't open either bay vinyl window because both cranks ... (cont.)

The quote I got was horrible, so I decided to see if the ancient hardware could be found in a more modern form, lol ... (cont.)

Not sure if I have 39-188. Arm goes in other direction?
Hi I need replacement parts for my casement windows. I think they were Patriot, house built in 1995. One is a set 60" tall, 58 1/2" wide, 2 casements, left and right, side by side. It looks pretty much like parts 39-188 and 39-187 to me, but the arm looks like it is flipped in the opposite dir ... (cont.)

sash dyad crank 39-188 related question
Hi, I have a harvey window & need a replacement for the window crank casement. The closest I could find was 39-187 & 39-188 but based on the measurements there seems to be a mismatch in the length (5" vs. < 4.5" on the present one that I have - please see picture - on the tape 20"-24.5") Co ... I need two right and two left casement window operators. They are white. A picture is attached. I see two different model numbers on your site that could be the right one. How do we differentiate?

Color Option Question
I've identified the replacement parts I need, 39-187 & 39-188. The 39-188 has the option to choose a color while the 39-187 does not. Does this mean 39-187 only comes in white? Thank You, Raymond Sugel Sr
