15-104 Caradco Friction Shoe

The plastic spring hangers have broken. I know the design was changed to a thicker part. I need the original spring hanger or I need new side supports. Do you recognize? what do you have? Bob

These are snap-in balances, 3-5/8" x 66-1/2. The sash have a single rod sticking out that fits into receptacle in balance. Sash are VERY heavy, 30" wide x33" tall, with interior and exterior grids and GBG.

I have Crestline double hung windows that were installed in my house when it was built in 1991. The current problem is that the lower jamb in one window will not stay up when opened. I disassembled the window and took out the tension spring on each side and tried to get replacements. I could not ... (cont.)

I have never seen this window before. Has cbc 2-97 on the glass. The shoe that is in the jamb has the clip that the spring was attached to broken off.

Can't find any markings on the window glass or frame. The jambliners are crumbling so when I try new mounts to attach the springs to the sash, the jambliners break apart when handling. The jambliners have a rounded service, not v shaped and not square.

These are hooked to a spring that looks like a door spring.I have no idea what kind of window these are i think crestmmor, but i can't find anything that just has a spring for the block and tackle part.

I have 24 31x74 wood double hung windows installed in 1999. Every one of the friction shoes on the bottom sashes has broken.
