Good Day - I am looking for some replacement parts for my IGMAC Kohler Debert (now Koltech) vinyl window. Installed new in 1997, I'm interested in the lower sash only, which measures 31" wide x 25.5" high. The stamping on the coil is 5 and there are two coils per side, four per sash.I can be reached ... Unforetuntaly I do not live at the house with the broken window coil, so I cannot take it out for a picture. I have attached 2 pictures of the coil, hopefully that will help. The metal coil itself broke, I beleive I could replace it? the window weighs less than 40 pounds I do not know the brand ... (cont.)

Coil snapped on both sides of a window, looking for the right replacement part. Attached are photos, the coil stamp is #10, the white casing has a #8. The bottom weight dimension are 0.5 inches wide and 1.25 inches depth.

This is a single coil that broke. It was mounted about half way up the window frame for the bottom sash. Need help pointing me to the right coil to replace it with.

Alside double hung vinyl window. Need two pivot bars, four balances complete, two pivot shoes complete. Only marking on balance sping is the number 8 , the sash weighs 20 pounds.

Hi, I read your thread on your website about different model of coils. I don't find any in print on my coil. However, the tilt window weight 12.6 lbs. the coil measures 1.25cm width. Can you help to advise on the model number?

Hi. I believe the window balance is the cause for my Empire Pacific (2009) double hung window (top pane) not closing all the way. I've attatched some photos. Hopefully they will allow you to find a replacement set up. Thanks, John

This part has two coils in it. I don't know the spring strenth but it works with a Brixwell 96aa-66-3, 1/2" pivot lock shoe Dusk break pad extension 055. I would need one for the left and one for the right.

Replacement Windows. One picture shows a GOOD one and the other photo shows the broken spring.
