I'm am looking for two window balances and a pivot shoe for a Bonneville window. The balance is a Unique 29-D-40, it is 30" long 19/16 wide and 17/32 deep. The sash weighs about 23lbs. I need to replace or repair (cord and a hook) a window balance and replace the shoe. The marking is 1940. I cannot find it on internet sites. Please help to find the balance and a matching shoe. Thank you, Alex

I have two different size tilt windows I need balance repair on. Window Manufacture Kinco, LTD (out of business). This is a 2"long, 3/4" wide part possibly called a terminal clip, tension cord hook or channel balance clip. Via a hole at the top, it attaches to the end of the tension cord that runs through the channel balance. The metal clip then slips into a groove in the sash allowing removal of the window fr ... I need some assistance identifying a part. The Balance I have is stamped with 29 9 AX CMC 11. The Terminal Clip is broke. Can this be replaced or do I need to replace the entire balance. If replacement is needed. What do you suggest. Thank you, Scott
