From what I can tell the stamp says "a 2840". Both sides of the window unit have the rope and hook pulled out from the track. Attached are photos of the channel balance used in my tilt window. Note the marking is 3520 BSI VN. My balances come with hooks attached to the cord. The balance length is 36", width is 9/16" and the depth is 5/8". I believe that the correct Swisco replacement part is S770-36 Option B. Is this corre ... (cont.)

The channel balance is stamped w/#2830. 29"x 1/2" x 5/8". What is the swisco part number that will work for this. Pivot shoe I believe is # 15-105, correct?

Want to know which channel balance is correct to replace my tilt window channel balance shown in the photo. There are no ends on the balance and there is a hook end on the string. Also the balance measures 29 1/4" but it has 2830 stamped on it. Is your 29" length exactly 29" just the metal part? ... (cont.)

21", one set has rivet set 3/4" from the top. The second set has rivet set 1 1/4" from the top. These have markings (respectively) 21D and 21C and are from Pacesetter double hung windows with tilt out. Thanks,Pam

I need help identifying the replacement for the broken pivot show for a Pennco window. No other markings are visible.

I have several pivot lock shoes that the cams are broken rendering the lock shoe useless. I?m looking to either replace the shoe or the cams (if that is possible).
