Aluminum up amd down sliding windows. Just moved into a new place. A bunch of these clips are broken on one side. Where can I buy these?

I want to replace a few shoes and balances Please tell me what I need to order My balance has the number 2030P on it. It's 21" long, 9/16" square. The shoe has the number 92-642 on it. It's 1 !/4" wide and 1 1/4" tall. I do not know the window brand.

What product number would this be?

These pics are the top and bottom and full length of a balance that is marked 3440 and then a smaller marking OP and BSI perpendicular to the OP marking. Can you identify this balance and are they available?

The string that holds the window up on one side has come loose from the guide at the bottom and the spring is spring is sticking up out of the top of the balance frame (see pictures).
