Alside vinyl replacement

Need correct coil balance shoe and Pivot bar that goes to it Also both left and right latch

Not sure but these windows may be Viwinco, not sure. Need the sash bits and the bits that pop into the track and get screwed in.

The window I need to repair is manufactured in 2014 by Alside. The serial number on the window is 254-061257. I need the Balance Shoe and 2 1/4" Pivot Bar.

Please help identify this balance shoe. Spring is fine.

The cam broke in the pivot shoe and I don't see any part numbers anywhere on the device. It's 1-1/4 wide and about 9/16ths thick

Need replacement part and instructions

This appears to be in 3 pc, the COIL only shows a 5 and what looks like a worn off B or 1/2...the PLASTIC PART, I am not sure about and the SHOE, it is 1-7/16 long x 1-1/4 wide x 1/2 thick - any help is appreciated

I can't find any markings on the broken spring itself. I need two of them ... one for each side of the window. Should I weigh the window itself? I have replacement pivot shoes I bought from you a while ago. Thanks.

As seen in the photo, all of the window springs have broken or missing cams.Where can I purchase this cams. i can insert them myself.

The spring mechanism on my tilt in window broke. I don't see a stamp on the existing spring. However, there is a "H" on the top plastic piece that attaches at the top of the window.

One side of the window makes a clicking sound when you try to open or close the window. Window will not go all the way up, and even pushed up as far as it will go (only about halfway) it will sag down to only a couple of inches. On the track on the right side the spring/coil is visible in the window ... (cont.)

Hi These 4 windows will raise and lower but will not say up. The twist locks on the bottom are broken. I am unable to get the parts out of the groove and the trim seems to be made whole , I do not see any seems to take trim apart. I would need 4 pairs to fix these bay windows. Others in the house ...
