Window won't stay up Broke in both sides

I want to order some replacement shoes for our windows. My husband has replaced several already that we received from the company several years ago. Attached is a picture of the front and back. It looks like the correct one but I want to be sure. Our windows are 20 years old and they have a lifet ... (cont.)

I have two broken spring bands on one window. Not sure which part numbers I need.

Looking for assistance, please to identify this part. I find no markings other than the letter B on the underside

The cam lock broke on the show of one of my windows. I could replace either the shoe or the entire balance. Given that the windows are 20 years old, probably makes sense to swap both balances if you have a part that works.

So let's keep this simple this is a home Depot 72 inch tall window single home when I took the balancer apart there three springs but the middle coil was just sitting there I don't know why on both sides one of the shoes is broken I need to replace that maybe if you can back to me and walk me throug ... Hi, Recently having trouble with my double hung window however I'm unable to identify the coil balancer and shoe to buy since both broke.

I believe this is a double coil system, I just need to order the correct replacement parts. This window has KVW initials on it. There are 3 windows that have all the same parts

Need to find replacement for my double pane Amerimax older vinyl windows. One looks like a pin, the other are springs

I ordered 10 units of S140-26 and the pivot shoe does not fit the side mount pivot bars that I have on my windows. Do you sell side mount pivot bars that fit this shoe? The metal part of my pivot shoe broke and needs to be replaced but not sure which one to order. I have sent a picture of an unbroken one and a picture of label on the window.

Hi there, Looking to identify the hardware for these double tilt sash windows on my second floor. The windows will not stay open so I believe a new balance & pivot lock is needed? Thanks so much in advance.

After watching your video, I removed the sash. There is no cutout to slide the hardware out. Do I have to make one? thanks Patrick

This part has a broken cam. It is from an Alliance double hung vinyl window installed in 2006. Thank you for assisting me with replacing this part, if possible. I hope the pics uploaded are enough to find this part. - Pete

Hello.Trying to find a replacement spring ballast for my mother-in-law's double-hung window. Measurements of the old ballast are: 1 1/4" wide; 1/2" deep, as close as she can figure.
