I can't find any markings on the broken spring itself. I need two of them ... one for each side of the window. Should I weigh the window itself? I have replacement pivot shoes I bought from you a while ago. Thanks.

As seen in the photo, all of the window springs have broken or missing cams.Where can I purchase this cams. i can insert them myself.

The spring mechanism on my tilt in window broke. I don't see a stamp on the existing spring. However, there is a "H" on the top plastic piece that attaches at the top of the window.

One side of the window makes a clicking sound when you try to open or close the window. Window will not go all the way up, and even pushed up as far as it will go (only about halfway) it will sag down to only a couple of inches. Hi These 4 windows will raise and lower but will not say up. The twist locks on the bottom are broken. I am unable to get the parts out of the groove and the trim seems to be made whole , I do not see any seems to take trim apart. I would need 4 pairs to fix these bay windows. Others in the house ... One of the pivot shoes for my window is damaged. Technically the only piece that is broken is this little round metal piece that holds the pivot bar from the window. I have these old windows (10-15 years old) that came with the property when I bought it. Some of them have the parts on the jamb track broken causing the lower sash loosely stay with the window. The coil springs broke on both sides of the window, so I need two coil springs. The rest of the assembly appears to be in adequate condition. The window was about three feet wide by maybe 2-3 feet tall.
