Hi. I need replacement coils and some of the windows are missing the metal post that sits in the carrier (see pic of a good one). How can I replace the posts? Also I think I need a spreader to take the coil Assembly out.

We have 5 windows which have either worn out or broken pivot lock shoes and coil springs. The windows themselves are in very good condition however hardware is in need of replacement

These are pics of a pivot bar that I need for an Alliance window. It looks like a pivot bar 26-316 but not sure. I also need 7 or 8 "shoes" for the windows. How do I know what part number they are? Windows are probably from 2003-2004. Bought the place in 2005. Thank you!

Hello, My broken 1/2 inch coil has the letter B stamped on it. What coil balance series and weight do I need?

My windows have 15-177 balance shoes and 26-466 pivot bars. Unsure of the coil weight. Windows are vinyl. Lower sash is 32" x 38". Thank you

I don't know what this is called. The plastic part with two spring tensioners has to screw into that part. The metal piece is broken and will not work. What are these parts named and do you sell them?

Dear Swisco, I am looking to replace the parts pictured for 3 windows in the house. Could you help me find the parts and order them? I need 6 of each. Best, Stefano

15-177 is the closest part I could find but out of stock and it doesn't list dimensions. this window is 50-54 inches wide. the part measures 1/2 inch thick, 1 1/4 wide, 1 1/2 tall for just the pivot lock. There is a screw hole on each side for securing the spring.
