Hello, Can I get replacement parts for this window? I am sending pics of inside where the window is placed and the bottom where the pivot bar goes.

Photos: broken spring installed (right hand side), uninstalled, and closeup of marking. For closeup of marking, it looks to be badly stamped 8K (but less possibly 3K). Will need two coil replacements. Can you recommend parts? Both sides of window broke springs - this window was installed less than 1 ... (cont.)

I am having trouble identifying the window manufacturer from the applied sticker.

This part came off an Alside window we purchased about 20 years ago. As you can see the medal part that turns is broken and the spring has broke in two. I would like to order 2 more , one as a spare. Thank you.

Hello! Both sides of my window coils snapped and now my window will not stay up. I am pretty sure that I have identified: CertainTeed Lance Spring Cover, Wide 15-156 and CertainTeed Balance Drum 15-157 My coil does not have a stamp with numbers, but does have an "E" on it. They seem to have a coil of flat metal that unrolls with the window movement. I can't find a manufacturer name, or model number anywhere.

This is broke on the bottom of the left nside of my vinyly window. I would like to get a new part. Please identifythe part.

I have champion windows, lower sash dimension is 30 inch wide X 28 inch high. It appears to be a single coil spring unit.

The metal barrel is broken in a few of my existing shoes. I did not see a shoe that looks the same as what I have. Are the barrels interchangeble such that I could just get new metal barrels? Or do you have a part that would work? Width is 1-1/4" and thickness is 1/2".

I am looking for a pivot shoe for a double coil balance. The shoe is stamped with Pat. No. 5.704.165 (Coils are stamped 5 and 6) At its widest I'd would say it would be 1 1/4" I'd say 9/16" thick and 1 3/8" high
