I don't know what this is called. The plastic part with two spring tensioners has to screw into that part. The metal piece is broken and will not work. What are these parts named and do you sell them?

Dear Swisco, I am looking to replace the parts pictured for 3 windows in the house. Could you help me find the parts and order them? I need 6 of each. Best, Stefano

15-177 is the closest part I could find but out of stock and it doesn't list dimensions. this window is 50-54 inches wide. the part measures 1/2 inch thick, 1 1/4 wide, 1 1/2 tall for just the pivot lock. There is a screw hole on each side for securing the spring.

Can you tell me from photo which replacement coil balance shoe I need? I have not been able to take it out yet. Is there a video on how to do so? They are Polaris brand windows.Thanks again for your help!Ken

It's for to bottom windows the tilt window shoe balance was measure at 1 1/4 in wide 1/2 in deep and 1 3/8 in long

Window won't stay up Broke in both sides

I want to order some replacement shoes for our windows. My husband has replaced several already that we received from the company several years ago. Attached is a picture of the front and back. The cam lock broke on the show of one of my windows. I could replace either the shoe or the entire balance. Given that the windows are 20 years old, probably makes sense to swap both balances if you have a part that works.

So let's keep this simple this is a home Depot 72 inch tall window single home when I took the balancer apart there three springs but the middle coil was just sitting there I don't know why on both sides one of the shoes is broken I need to replace that maybe if you can back to me and walk me throug ... Hi, Recently having trouble with my double hung window however I'm unable to identify the coil balancer and shoe to buy since both broke.

I believe this is a double coil system, I just need to order the correct replacement parts. This window has KVW initials on it. There are 3 windows that have all the same parts
