Looking for a replacement coil balance for a Champion Colonial double hung window ~17 - 19lbs.

This is about 1 1/4 wide x 1 1/2 high x 5/8 deep. I can't identify the window's manufacturer.

Hello, Do the Quick-Tilt Pivot Shoe Sash Carriers come in different sizes, or is it standard? I have several that have broken and so the bottom half of my window will not stay up. Please help me. Seems all 4 of these things are broken. It's a sash window where both the top and bottom can tilt in to clean. How do I remove them? I have 2 of the same windows needing coil balance replacement. They are Amerimax , installed 11/2005. I went through the warranty process with Cascade for the first window and this took a long time. I just need the spring. I can take it off of the spool on the other end, so I don't need anything else. If you look closely the coil is stamped with 5K. Not sure what that means. The only discernable marking I've found is small numbers on each white cover. The numbers are labeled on the first image. The metallic piece on the shoe is broken on each side. Not sure if it's best to replace the whole unit or if I can just replace the shoe balance itself. Thank you in advance for ... (cont.)
