Can you recommend replacement of my window balance shoe shown in second photo ? The spring of the window is shown in first photo. I brought 4 of 15-177 but unable to connect to the spring. Thanks.

The only discernable marking I've found is small numbers on each white cover. The numbers are labeled on the first image. The metallic piece on the shoe is broken on each side. Not sure if it's best to replace the whole unit or if I can just replace the shoe balance itself. Thank you in advance for ... (cont.)
