I need coil balance pivot shoes for Alside Excalibur double hung windows. The sash size is 35" w x 22" h, double pane glass.

I have CertainTeed double hung windows that were installed in approximately 1998. Need to replace both units and only ID # is a CL on the springs. Can shoe metal piece be replaced without spring? Hi Swisco expert, I have a small single hung window in the bathroom with the coil balance system. These are the parts I took out. I just need the spring. I can take it off of the spool on the other end, so I don't need anything else. If you look closely the coil is stamped with 5K. Not sure what that means.
