No mfg identification on the window or any parts. The parts I need are for the lower sash of a double hung. There is a "10" on the coil spring which is included in the 3 attached pictures. Need pivot bars and this spring assembly for a alsides window .pivot bar is 3 and 1/16 long with 2 holes. I think your part number is 26-226. Thanks

I have the double balance spring as shown in the picture but the stamp on the spring near tongue just says 5K. Can you assist with proper replacement?

Looks like the metal spring has torn in the middle. Somehow the other is completely missing. Spring width is 1/2" and the window sill to bottom of open window is approximately 2'

One coil has an 8 on it, the other coil has a 9 and the pivot shoe has 15a inscribed on it. I need an explanation on how to attach the coils to the pivot shoe. Also if I even have all the right parts to put it together in the first place
