15-177 Coil Balance Shoe, Slate Blue

This is for a vinyl window sold by Acri Company. Measurements are 9/16" thick at the brake and a hair less elsewhere, 1.5" tall (*not* including the attached coil), 1.25" wide. And it looks to me like that's a 7 stamped on the coil. Can you confirm the 15-177 would be right for me here? Any reason ... (cont.)

The cam broke on both sides as I was trying to tilt the window. These windows are from Softlite. I think there is a 0 above the metal cam. Hi! I ordered part 15-177, Coil Balance Shoe, Slate Blue, and I need the coil that goes with it. Can you help?

We are having two issues with this window. One, it appears that the latch to pull the window into the house to clean has broken - picture one. Are we able to replace this ourselves? The part in picture two is stuck or broken and we can't move it to get it attached back to the window. So right now ... (cont.)

I don't see any names or numbers on the shoe. The top piece of the silver metal part broke off.

The window will not stay open and it looks like the tension band (looks like rubber, I don't see a coil spring) is disconnected from the pivot shoe. I believe this is a window pivot lock, but I have no way of telling what kind of window I have. I've looked everywhere for an etching or label. No dice.
