The window was tilted in and the coil balance snapped.

every time i try to tilt windows for cleaning the pin pops up and breaks the pin or shoe champion wants 90 dollars for service call on lifetime guarenteed windows

I'm looking for the old style coil balance - size 'F' like the one in the pictures. Do you have anything like it, or a replacement? I don't need the pivot shoe just the coil balance.

Hi coil broken and i am not sure which one should i get. thickness of the coil is half inches but what should be the correct length? attached my broken coil and window plastic parts are in good condition. i think i just need to screw the new coil thank you for your help

Need to replace this double coil balance. They have letter code rather than number. Cover says G & H but coils themselves are H & HL. I cannot find an alpha to numeric conversion table anywhere. ?? Balancer 1 is broken. balancer 2 is a good part. Need to find a replacement

The sash is approx 16x32. The overall window is 36x32. the shoe looks to be 1.25" wide, approx 1/2" thick, approx 1.25 high. I'm thinking it matches your 177 shoe. These are Alside single hung/tilting windows. Please help me with the tilt shoe and spring. Thanks, Don

The metal cam broke. Other parts are fine.

Hello: I'm looking for several DHPB77 pivot bars. Can I get them through you?? Also, there are two pictures of the socket(s) where the pivot bars hang. You'll notice one of them is broken as well. Please let me know if you can help me with these parts.

Our home is closing on Monday the 8th and I need to get a balance replacement installed prior to the walkthrough scheduled that day. Any possible chance of finding these parts and within the timeframe necessary.Thank you,Andy
