Hi, I am looking for replacement parts for Alside window. the tag on window has the #125-576414 if that means anything. The shoe measures 1 1/4" wide x 1 1/4" tall and 1/2" in depth. Thank You, Randall

What is the replacement part for this?

coil balance letter C stamped. Plastic cover number 2 on it.

Window goes up and down ok. Cannot tilt it out to clean. I measured 1"x3/4. It is a metal part not plastic. Can I replace it with plastic?

Bottom window lock measures 1.25" wide and 1.5" tall. Depth of the channel is 5/8". The coil is 1/4" wide.

I have some pictures and Kohltech product information - see attached. The windows are tilt in but I do not see how this shoe allows removal of the sash. Hi, This is a balancer for a vinyl window frame that I broke when I took the window out. There is no indication of what brand/kind the window is, it appears to be a cheap Andersen (but not Andersen or Marvin). I need to replace this part. Would you be able to help identify what it is? need to replace balance, "white Metal" cam broke, no identifying weight marked on balance. sash is approx. 18" x 24" vinyl sash with insulated glass.

Windows were sold by Allstate Windows in 2006. White, double glazed with low-E glass and argon gas. Label on header reads: MZ 501951 501776.040. U15262 Allstate Windows LLC SO# 501776.040 Anchors have separated from sash bottoms.

Thank you for your picture submission.It looks to me like your pivot shoe is similar to our 15-177. Can you possibly send us a picture of the coil removed from the shoe? There are a few different coil series that this pivot shoe is compatible with.

The windows drop down for cleaning. This one snapped breaking both sides. I need parts for the two sides. How to remove the part (looks like it can be pinched to remove) if you recommend another solution. Very weak parts, I think, as the window isn't cleaned over a couple times a year. Thanks. ... (cont.)
