Windows were sold by Allstate Windows in 2006. White, double glazed with low-E glass and argon gas. Label on header reads: MZ 501951 501776.040. U15262 Allstate Windows LLC SO# 501776.040 Anchors have separated from sash bottoms.

Thank you for your picture submission.It looks to me like your pivot shoe is similar to our 15-177. Can you possibly send us a picture of the coil removed from the shoe? There are a few different coil series that this pivot shoe is compatible with.

The windows drop down for cleaning. This one snapped breaking both sides. I need parts for the two sides. How to remove the part (looks like it can be pinched to remove) if you recommend another solution. Very weak parts, I think, as the window isn't cleaned over a couple times a year. Thanks. ... every time i try to tilt windows for cleaning the pin pops up and breaks the pin or shoe champion wants 90 dollars for service call on lifetime guarenteed windows

I'm looking for the old style coil balance - size 'F' like the one in the pictures. Do you have anything like it, or a replacement? I don't need the pivot shoe just the coil balance.

Hi coil broken and i am not sure which one should i get. thickness of the coil is half inches but what should be the correct length? attached my broken coil and window plastic parts are in good condition. i think i just need to screw the new coil thank you for your help
