I'm looking for replacement shoes for my Alside windows. I have attached pictures of the shoe which is 1 1/4 wide 1/2 thick, 1 1/4 tall. Also is a picture of coil balance end with hole connection. Can you identify the part in the attached picture?

Looking to replace the window carrier. There are no numbers or markings that I can find anywhere on the window. It is a tilting with break setup. I believe this part is called a window coil balance. I need the one on the left and right. These are for an Alside double hung vinyl replacement window installed approximately 12 years ago.

I'm looking for a coil balance cover and two tilt pivot pins. I included a picture of the coil balance and the clutch shoe for reference.

I managed to break my pivot bars and cams in the pivot shoes when removing my 2004 series 0901 double hung vinyl windows (maker unknown), constant force coil balance, to fix a broken pane of glass. Window is associated materials need pivot bar 21/4 inches it will fit into the 15-177 shoe also will replace the coil balance existing is stamped 10 the window weighs 20 lbs. I have used your s152 coils on other smaller windows but I don't see any s152-10 thanks for your help

I am trying to find out what these part numbers are and if you have them. I could not find any type of identifier on the window as to who the manufacture is and I do not see a cut out where these parts will easily come out. Please let me know if you have replacements for these thanks ... (cont.)

Where can I get this hinge that holds window for tilting and reinstalling

I need to replace the shoes on three separate napco vinyl windows. Im not sure if it is easier to replace the shoe and balances at the same time. The shoes are brittle and broke off. Pics included

Good morning, Trying to see if you have these balances, looking for 2 of them.

I think these are called coil balances they work but the cams are disintegrating and the sash pivots are breaking also when trying to remove the sash

Spring block is 1-1/4 inch wide and 5/8 inch thick. Window support lug is 3/8" long from edge of window to head and head is 3/8" wide at its widest, approximately 1/8" at its thinnest. 23 lbs sash weighed alone. 29" tall sash
