Hello I recently ordered window channels S377 to replace the ones which have failed in our home.....BTW they fit perfectly. Now I just realized that I need to order the attached photo. Hi, our windows are 20 years old and most of the take out clips are very brittle. Many are broken and most don't pull out far enough in order to catch the window channel. is there a replacement for these? Thank you

I included a picture of what holds the spring down and the side of the channel. It seems to me made out of plastic and very brittle. Is this part removable and replaceable? I recently purchased S377-24 channel balances and top sash guides 18-042. Unfortunately the take out clips are so old they broke preventing the installation of the channel balances. The old take out clips are 3/8" wide and estimate 1 1/2 inches long. Please advise which take clips I need to order. T ... (cont.)

Please help identify the correct window balance I need based on the pictures. The length of the metal rode is 27 inches. The weight of the window is 13.8 pounds. Does the number m 26-2 mean anything?
