Sash support and pan am take out clips
Hello, I recently ordered channel balances but did not realized that the sash supports are broken and I also need some pan am take out clips. I think I have found out the part number for the clips but I cannot find the sash support part number.

I just want to confirm, they look like your S377-30 (since they are 30" long, not counting the plastic). It is stamped: r 29-5. What weight would I need? Also, I need take-out clips and a top sash guide. Thank you.

Take Out Clip Needed
In the house I rent the windows are old from 1976. They are single pane aluminum. These little clips are broken and I was wondering if these Pan Am clips you have will work in my windows. I have attached 2 pics of the broken one for you to see

I'm thinking It Is The Series 377 balance
Please advise which balance you recommend based on these pictures. The length is 30 inches and I?m thinking it is the series 377 channel balance however I am not sure which option to select. The only markings I can find show c 29-1. Thank you.

Looking for replacement balance
My balance is stamped (q 23 4 ) it looks like your 385 model being 5/8? but has 7/8? wings on both ends and a 1? shoe on the bottom. Your 385 is showing 15/16? wings and 1 3/32 shoe. plastic take out clip
I have a house built in 1978 with channel balances. The take out clips are plastic not metal. Due to age, the plastic became fragile and breaks when I tried to pull them out. Do you know where I can get replacement take out clips that will fit. Dave

Part is broken just wonder if you have this part since it is not included with the channel balance. It is part of the window.
