When it was assembled I think it looked very much like the second picture, which I have uploaded from your website. Please let me know ASAP what I can buy to repair or replace this lock.

I recently bought from you a Legacy keyed handle set because when I went to Home Depot they told me that was the correct one but it was not. The only information I can find on the original one is 21686 Pat pend. Can you help me?

We received the handle this week and are trying to install it right now. We would like to keep the original keeper, as it is embedded within the door frame. We have about 12 doors like this in are home.. from what we have seen on your web site is they do not make the internal hardware. People turn to surface mount locks.. looks like the holes are about 6 inches apart to screw the handle on.. We are hoping for something black like this to match.. ... (cont.)

Cannot find a model # but handle/latch belongs to our sliding glass door. Only info says "Reflectolite Product, Sun Valley CA" on it. House built in 1990, so from that timeframe. Made by Acadia, installed in 1973. Plastic handles are failing, cracking and breaking off. Hole centers are 4-7/8". Are replacements available in any style? Thanks

Looking for replacement part to replace middle piece for milgard sliding door handle for a patio door.
