Product Code: 82-218 Is the slot where the locking handle goes into this to move the latch reversible? Meaning operate from opposite side. If not, which mechanism is like this with the slot part on opposite side?

Hi there, I am selling my condo and the buyers want a latch that doesn't require undue finesse to lock. The label on the jamb says SGD-LC25-96x96 AND SGD-C30-96x82. (Images attached). Can you direct me to the appropriate replacement handle and latch set I need? Thanks!

My Patio door closes just fine and the alignment "seems" good, but it must not be because the latch bumps the keeper when I try to close the latch. Then it doesn't fully extend and latch. I have purchased both mortise locks 82-227 and 82-218. All of the locks I purchased are 1/2 inch wide.The attachment has my notes for the size lock that I need. I need 3/8

The inside handle is wooden but the metal part that screws to the door is gray. On the outside, the handle is white. On the outside handle it says SASHCONTROLSINC with the number PT 1963 and then a number 2 a little farther down. The metal part is broken and I need to replace it. Thanks! ... (cont.)
