a few days ago, i have ordered and received part # 82-069 door pull. unfortunately it is not solving the issue we have on a sliding patio door where we cannot lock the door any longer.. I had an IWC patio door installed several years ago but the part the lock latches onto was not installed so I can't lock the door. The lock is ok, I need the part that the lock latches onto, I believe it is the strikeplate. Could you identify the correct part for me?

Trying to find the mortise lock and vinyl glazing for a sliding door. Only thing I see is a sticker at top of door says series 8500 SGD-R30-96X96.

I need a replacement lock for my patio door. Best guess is the door/lock are original equipment on the home, so about 20 years old. The only marking I see is "DNS" stamped on the side of the lock mechanism. I have included some pictures for reference. Thank you Jim

I ordered Item 82-218 for this door, but it is too large. Do you have another door lock that would fit? I would like to return the original one purchased Thanks

Latch does not respond properly to handle. When I removed the lock a small spring fell out of which one of the hooks at end of spring is broken. Measurements etc make me believe part 82-218 is the right replacement. Is there a spring mechanism in that lock ? I am assuming that I can just use the ... (cont.)

We have a sliding glass door on our modular that won't lock any longer. It's a Deluxe Ray Dor made in Wichita, KS by James Ray Inc. The lock no longer works and we probably need an entire new handle plus lock set.
