Hello...I have a customer looking for a latch for a patio door. It has no markings on the door but the glass says, "Herculite-K" from 2003. This door has a sticker with this written: Series9800/9805/9850/9890 AAMA/NWWDA 101/1.S. 2-97 SGD-R 20-96X96 I ordered online item # 82-315 (order # 878910) but it doesn't fit with the outside of the door handle, also the screw holes are closer together than with the door we have. I have included a photo of the model number, possibly, and our current situation with our door handle. Do you have a replacement handle that would work?

Our lock broke and when we were removing it, it fell inside the door. Tried to find replacements but they are always off. Hoping to find replacement lock, we did not purchase door. Thank you!

I am missing the keeper for my Anderson Silverline 12' four panel gliding patio doors. Included pics of mortise lock and the hole where the keeper mounts. I believe they are the 5500 model. Sticker on door that is missing the keeper say 5504

Hi all, The door is relatively new, but the latch hook no longer comes out when the lock is turned. I can easily push it out with a screwdriver, but from what i read online, there is possibly a spring inside that should be pushing that hook out so it latches to the strike plate.
