Looking for either a key lock or complete door handle set for my slider.

This handle set looks like it will replace what we already have with one exception, there is no keyed lock. Do you have anything like this 82-082 with a keyed lock? Thanks, Jack

The latch won't move out of the door and I no longer have the key. Would it be best to replace the entire assembly, and if so, does Swisco sell them?

Can't seem to get lever arm to seat on mounting base. Suspect tang off keyed lock is not engaging deep enough on 1.5" thick door. Seems if the slot was deeper or tang shorter it would fit. Ideas?

Hello! I think I may recognize this part, but I've never seen one of these Sash Controls handles with two thumb lever holes the way yours is. Was the thumb lever centered between the two screw-holes, or was it off-set to one side?

Hello After searching by patent number and measurements of my patio door, I finally found this website. I believe it is the same model as 82-005. My sliding door has the punch out to allow for adding the cylinder lock, but i'm not sure which of your cylinders will work with this model the 82-310 or ... (cont.)

The 82-310 key lock I recieved from you is 10 sixteenths in diameter and is too large. I need a 9/16th in diameter cylinder lock.

mounting screws are 4-15/16" apart. Let me know if you need anything else. This is my summer place and I will be going back up there this weekend if you need any info. I did look for any markings or numbers and did not see any.

I'm trying to locate a replacement handle and lock. The handle mounting screws are 3-15/16" apart, door is 1-1/16 " Thick. The lock that goes into the door is 4-7/8" for screws to go in to the edge. Any help would be appreciated, thanks John
