Door pull spacer
I purchased 82-042 and 82-310. Do you offer a spacer that goes between the handle and the door? I can't make a hole in the door to push the key lock drum inside. It's about a 3/16 thick space.

My door is manufactured by Kasson and Keller of Fonda NY. It has 1 1/2" wide door rails and the handle's mountig screws are 4" apart. Internal Lock for Series 870 Sliding Glass Door
I have a Philips Products Series 870 Sliding Glass Door. The internal lock is broken. Would you have a replacement lock?The distance between the installation screw holes is 3 5/8 inches.

Hello, I have recently followed instructions and installed the #82-310 key lock in my existing estimated 5yr old handle & mortise lock. My home has a Newcastle XT sliding patio door that was installed in 2002. The tailpiece on the key cylinder is broken off. Slider door - Conversion to keyed lock

Key lock on door is broken
The Key no longer go in easily and I have to force in, to the point that I no longer use the door to enter. Everything else works fine. Do I just need to replace the key plug and which one is the best.

add keyed lock to patio door
My intention is to add a keyed lock to a sliding glass patio door. I removed the current handle/lock. The exterior handle says DOrWAL. The inside of the interior handle is stamped 120. My screw spacing is 3 15/16" and door thickness is 1.5" Can I just add a lock cylinder to the current hand ... (cont.)
