Hello, I have an Alside Excalibur window that has both of the coil balances snapped, leaving the window very hard to keep up due to it's weight. I have uploaded both photos of the coil and the shoe. Picture of broken and intact coil balance units. Please advise on replacement coil balance part number.

The pivot bar on the window is part number 26-226 and need the left and right pivot lock shoes and the springs that are used on the same window.

There is a #7 embossed on the coil.

Looks like the rings on left and right balancers are broken. I am not sure what type of replacement would work best. Can you recommend based on photos?

Hello. I ordered 7lb left and right balances. The problem is with the size of the notch that the window drops into. It is too small. I hope the pictures help tell the story. Would you need measurements of the original slot to recommend the right product?

I need to replace some broken parts such as pictured. The coil spring is 1/2" wide. Can you help me identify so I can get correct parts? Thank you

I have a window which is about 30x36 and this is a picture of the coil springs without the covers on. The window, when open just quickly drops down.
