I would like help identifying and purchasing two springs for a bathroom window. Unknown make and model. window demensions are 25.5"w x 21"h x 1.75" and the weight 15 pounds. Spring is .5" wide x ? x ?. Thank you for your help.

Need 4 balancers (2 LH +2 RH) for double hung windows approximately 15 pounds per window. The windows are Long Home Products Windows out of Maryland and were installed approximately 10 years ago. No identifiable numbers or markings and shoe is broken, so pivot bar is unable to rotate it with sash in place. Sash weighs 28.8 pounds.

not sure which one I broken, so I took both out, dbl hung windows bottom saw 18'' all, coil is 1/2 in wide

window balance broken on double hung Jeld Wen window 2004 approximate year. Also, on another window, the pegs that fit into the balance broke on both sides of the window, not sure if they make replacement parts for that or need new window. It is a wood clad window.

The only part that NEEDS replacing is the cast metal piece the works the locking shoe. It measures 5/8 "(the outer step; inner step might be 17/32 ").
