Hello! I have 28" window balance channel that need replacement. The existing one doesn't have part number or any indication of model number. Can you help me figure out the correct part? Thank you.

The number 2710 is stamped on the side. I need 4 balances.

Trying to find the right replacement. The channel is 5/8 but I assume 9/16 is what I need. It is 28" long. You will see stamp on photo is 2790__30 with B.S.I. and OJ on it.

The aluminum channel is 28" long x 9/16" wide, 9/16" deep, spring is roughtly 14" long, w/nylon string connected to a hook on one end and a pully on the other, and has the number 2730 stamped on it. I'm needing 10 sets (20 individual).

I need 16 balances but I'm getting any where with the number that was given to me from a email I sent with pictures. I think I need the 2750 ones but not sure one person at your company says I need the the 850 series so I do not know what is what here.

A customer has a window with the balances out. The top attachment on one is broken. The bottom of the other is broken. Your video explains install, but I need parts. Can you identify this model from pics?

The metal section of the balances is 28" long. The balances are stamped with the marking 2740Y.

I am a maintenance person at a school. I have two Alenco windows that I believe need new support balances. The two windows appear to be the same size. Each window had different support balances.
