S351-28 28" Series 351 Channel Balance

I have a few windows that?s need window channel balance guides replaced. I need 10. All five windows are the same dimensions. One is broke with a number 2790-30, another one has a 2740. I weighed one windows when I took it out it?s about 27lbs. So I think I need the 2750 rated springs. The metal bas ... (cont.)

I think I've found the right replacements but I want to be sure. They look like 351. No wings on either top or bottom and a 1" shoe. There are two window sizes. The larger window balance has a 27 C stamp and the smaller has 27 B.

These are 1/2" wide, 28" long (metal length only) Have not weighed the sash but the window fits an opening approximately 35.5 x 59.5" Single hung, does not pop out

Do you know of a local window resources to help reinstall all 4 parts.

String broken and fell apart

Hello. I'm wondering what part and accessories I need to fix the window balance. I think there is a white cap that's not part of the window balance that broke also. I noticed this has 5 numbers and not sure what they mean. Everywhere I look on the website mentions 4 numbers

Do you carry a replacement for this balance? I have 7 Jordan spring balances that have broken cords and I'm sure more are on the way. Our house has 84 Jordan windows of varying sizes. Is there a way of "re-stringing" these or is replacement the only / safest option? THANKS

Part has 27 4 KU CMC 7 marked on it. It is 28 inches long. Windows does not tilt.

Metal portion is 1/2" (9/16") wide and is 28" long. I think this is the 28" series 351 channel balance but the bottom shoe does not look the same as in your on-line catalog. Spring tension stamped on the metal is 27 3 Caldwell GM, which I believe is your 2730 option. Please verify this selection ... (cont.)

I'm purchasing complete channel balance (with top& bottom), The channel without attached parts is 28", stamp option is 27 C. Also I need top sash guide. I have submitted some pictures. Please let me know the parts number . Thanks Mohammad

Without including the plastic bits on the end, the metal length is 28" and it is stamped as "27 3 KS CALDWELL". I need help identifying this part so that I can purchase exact replacements. Thanks, Chris

Need 12 (6 windows) to repair. The only number is stamped "27C". The metal itself measures 28", so not sure what it means.

Hello, We submitted a request for another part already, but we also need to replace some of these items. No markings except for "2730F". Including the plastic ends these are 29" long. They are 5/8 inches wide and deep. Thanks!
